In the first match valid for the quarterfinals of the Brazilian Women's Championship, Flamengo/Marinha drew with Internacional 1-1. The game was played this Saturday (17) at Sesc Campestre, in Porto Alegre-RS, with Ju scoring the equalizer for Mais Querido

The game
Flamengo started the match attacking. In the 8th minute, Larissa received the ball at the edge of the six-yard box, turned, and shot under pressure from the Colorado defense. The ball fell to Internacional's goalkeeper to make a save. Flamengo/Marinha tried to exert pressure in the attacking half, passing the ball around to try to reach the opponent's goal. In the 12th minute, Mengão almost opened the scoring. Rafaela arrived dangerously from the right side of the box and shot, which the goalkeeper made a good save. Internacional also wanted the first goal and took the lead in the 16th minute. After a corner kick, Sorriso rose highest and headed the ball into the net, making it 1-0 for the home team.

The Meninas da Gávea gradually became more relaxed throughout the match, moving well upfield in search of a goal. In the 40th minute, Larissa took a shot from outside the box, but the goalkeeper put it out for a corner. Although the Rubro-Negro had leveled the score, Internacional held the lead in the first half.

Next Saturday (24), Flamengo/Marinha will face Internacional again in the second match of the quarterfinals of the Brasileirão Feminino. The game will be held at 14 pm, at Estádio da Gávea.
