In the second round of the Copa Rio Feminina, Flamengo Sub-20 drew 0-0 with Botafogo on Wednesday afternoon (22), in Gávea. With the entire squad available, Meninas da Gávea debut next Friday (24), in the Brasileirão Feminino, against Santos.

The game
The match started evenly, with both teams studying each other. The Meninas da Gávea exchanged passes in the attacking half, but struggled to penetrate the ball. In the intense heat, the pace of the game was slow, with few shots on goal.

In the 36th minute, Botafogo was awarded a penalty. Mayara stepped up to take the penalty, but the ball hit the crossbar.
