Raquel and Bárbara score in stoppage time and Flamengo/Marinha draws with Iranduba
The first leg of the Brazilian quarterfinals ended 2-2.

It was a fight! On Thursday afternoon (15), Flamengo/Marinha provided excitement until the last minutes when, against Iranduba (AM), they scored two goals at the end and secured a draw in the quarterfinals of the Brazilian Women's Football Championship. Battling until the end at the Almirante Adalberto Nunes Physical Education Center (CEFAN), in Rio de Janeiro, the red-blacks now focus on the return match, played next week.
The return game is scheduled for next Wednesday (21), at 21 pm, at Arena da Amazônia, in Manaus. Tickets go on sale on Monday (19), from 9 am to 17 pm, at Arena Amadeu Teixeira.
The game
More organized, Flamengo/Marinha returned for the second half knowing they needed to find their way to goals. As a result, the first good opportunities arose in the opening minutes, with Bárbara, Jane, and Flávia. With the support of the Flamengo fans, the Meninas da Gávea continued to create good chances, but their shots were eventually blocked by Iranduba's defense. In the 45th minute, Raquel found herself free after a corner kick from the right and put the ball in the back of the net, scoring the first goal for the Mais Querido.
Rushing to restart the match, Flamengo still had one last opportunity two minutes later and, with determination, scored the equalizer. After a scramble in the box, Pâmela tried her first shot, but the ball fell to Bárbara. Despite being prone on the turf, she struggled, reached the ball, and scored Flamengo's second goal, tying the first leg of the quarterfinals.

The game
The Meninas da Gávea started the match by attacking Iranduba and looking for a goal from the first minute. Using the wings and trying to create plays through the midfield, Flamengo/Marinha pressured their opponents in search of the first goal, but were unable to break down the Amazonian team's defense.
With the best attempts coming from Bárbara, Jane, and Ju, the Mais Querido didn't give Iranduba many chances, and they only threatened goalkeeper Kaká three times in the first 45 minutes. Despite dominating possession, Iranduba opened the scoring. In the 30th minute of the first half, Sorriso scored from a corner. Shortly thereafter, in the 43rd minute, Driely extended the lead by capitalizing on a free kick.
