With new additions to the squad and a lot of hard work from the coaching staff, the red-and-blacks are now entering the final week before facing Santos next Wednesday (25). "We've had a very long preseason, practically three months of work. We're trying to improve some technical and tactical fundamentals, striving for what we always strive for every year. Like Flamengo, we want to be champions of everything. This year, in addition to the title, we also want to put on a show in the games. This way, we can attract fans, attract the media, and help women's soccer grow," said Ricardo Abrantes, Flamengo's coach. Flamengo/Marinha debuts in the Brazilian Women's Soccer Championship Série A1 next Wednesday at 15 pm, when they face Santos at Vila Belmiro.
