Samhia Simão participates in 'Virtual Chat' and shares details of her career
One of the highlights of Flamengo/Marinha, the attacking midfielder spoke about his career to FlaTV
By Rafael Rezende - inThe team's number 10 this season, Samhia Simão, was a guest on FlaTV's Virtual Chat last week. The top scorer in the 2019 Rio de Janeiro State Championship with 25 goals, after overcoming a serious injury, she discussed her difficult beginnings, her time playing soccer in the United States, and her longtime friendship with Bruno Henrique.
"I was released just before the State Championship started, so it's important. In the first game, I scored five goals, and as happy as we are, it's something you don't expect. In the end, I managed to score more and helped the team," she celebrated.
An active voice in the locker room before the decisive matches, the athlete shared some details of her statements during the pre-match talks and recalled a special day: the 4-0 victory over Santos, in Gávea, valid for the 2018 Women's Brasileirão.
"This gift of leadership comes from God. I've even dreamed about some things, and before speaking to the group, I always ask the coach if I can. The relationship with the committee is one of trust and respect. They give me this opportunity. There was a game against Santos, where I operated, and the girls didn't know. I spoke to them, everything went well, and we got a great result."
