Four Rio de Janeiro Women's Football Championships played, four victories. This Saturday (24), Flamengo/Marinha took to the field at the Moça Bonita stadium against Duque de Caxias determined to win another trophy. In a beautiful match, Flávia scored three goals, Dany Helena and Pamela conceded one, and Mais Querido won 5-0 in the final.
Flamengo dominated the first half. While Duque de Caxias tried to attack, struggling against the team's strong defense, the "Mais Querido" managed to stay in the attacking half the entire time, suffering only one scare from their opponents. With goals from Flávia in the fourth minute, Dany Helena in the tenth, and Flávia again in the 4th, the "Rubro-Negro" went into halftime leading 10-40.
The second half was more difficult, as Duque de Caxias came out looking to attack. However, it was to no avail, and the red-and-black team's quality shone through. Pamela slotted the ball into the top corner with a shot from the right, and Flávia rounded off the scoring with a beautiful goal from the edge of the box. 5-0, a celebration with the Nation and their fourth championship title.
Now, the red-blacks go on vacation with the end of the season, closing the year with the Military World and State titles.
