It's time for the U-20s to play for the first time in 2025! After doing pre-season training over the last four months - first at CEFAN and from March at CFZ -, the team led by Filipe Torres will debut in the category's Copa Rio on Saturday afternoon (26), at 15 pm, against Fluminense, at Estádio das Laranjeiras.

The Meninas da Gávea (Girls from Gávea) concluded their final week of preparation with excellent and competitive training sessions, as well as a special activity led by psychologist Vanessa Backes, focusing entirely on cognitive skills. A standout performer, left-back Isabela Nunes, analyzed the match and stated that the entire group is highly motivated.

"Of course, the debut gives you butterflies, but we've been working hard since January, and I see all the progress we've made. We understand the importance of this game, especially since it's a classic, right? So we have to go in focused and impose our style with great commitment. Wearing the Mantle is always a privilege; we want to start the year well, and we'll go in with determination to win," he emphasized.
