The harassment of the Flamengo team is intense everywhere in Brazil. Londrina is no different. Every day, fans wait outside the hotel where the team is staying or even at the training center where the team practices, even though entry is not authorized for fans. All to record the presence of their idols in the city.

And so, normally, the Flamengo day begins. The players leave the hotel early to go to training and stay at the training center all day. On the bus, on the way to SM Sports, there's chatting and music – the traditional pagode. On the "DJ" Leonardo Moura's favorite soundtrack, Revelação, Exaltasamba, Pixote... In addition, a bit of hip-hop and electronic music during the approximately 25-minute ride between the hotel where the team is staying and the training center.

"Of course we try to put that aside, but it's difficult to be away from family and friends for 20 days. But we talk a lot, we focus on work, on our unity, and we're getting by. I really like being on the internet, so I try to talk to my friends, I also check Twitter, but the important thing is that we are aware of the importance of this moment for the future," said defender David.

Upon arriving at SM Sports, the players go to the locker room, change clothes, and head to training. The session lasts around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Afterwards, it's time for lunch and a short rest before the afternoon training. When the games stop, the team goes to dinner, also at the training center, and only returns to the hotel in the evening.

"The structure we have here is great. Really great. And that makes a big difference in our preparation. It's tiring, of course, but it's worth it. We're thinking about the future, about the four competitions we're going to play in, so we have to dedicate ourselves a lot," he added.
