With 54% of the votes, midfielder Alan Patrick was elected "the man of Mengão" on the field by the red-black fans in the rout at Maracanã this Sunday (8.11). Voting took place during the game, with red-blacks who are or have become Twitter users participating. He was replaced by midfielder Canteros and left the field to applause. 

"It's important to note that our team was on a losing streak, which bothered us. At home, we played well and won well. We're confident we'll continue in the championship," Alan said after the victory.
