The decisive moment of the first half of the season is approaching, and therefore, it's necessary to have the legs to endure so many important matches in a row. But, as far as fitness coach Alexandre Sanz is concerned, that won't be a problem.

According to him, the postponement of the Copa Libertadores match against "La U" until Thursday will not be a problem for the red-black team's planning.

"We lost a day for the game against Vasco and gained a day for the game against Universidad de Chile. It happens. The most important thing is that the team is well prepared both physically and mentally. The team is ready," he said.

Sanz believes that the work is being done well and that the team will not be left wanting in the decisive matches to come.

"The work is being carried out correctly, so much so that the number of muscle injuries at Flamengo is negligible. The coaching staff is monitoring the day-to-day and any schedule is subject to change," he concluded.
