On field 1, a two-story container was recently opened. On the balcony, Flamengo's analysts and cameraman watch the training session and gather information related to that specific exercise. They then share it with the coach.

"We always try to provide the coach with information that can inform his training sessions during the week, thinking about the next match. After each game, we provide Cristóvão with data to determine what we did well and what we need to improve. Of course, our role goes far beyond that, but basically, we help in this way, in the strategic part," stated Rafael Vieira.

Everton Costa begins internship
Because of the quality of their work, many seek out the club's experts to learn and start their careers on the right foot. One such case is former athlete Everton Costa, who began a two-week internship with Flamengo analysts on Tuesday (August 04.08).

"It's an opportunity to get started. Flamengo's professionals are very good, having played for the Brazilian national team and the youth team. It's the beginning of a season of new challenges off the field, and I know I'm very well served and supported at Flamengo," he praised.
