The two victories since taking over as interim manager haven't taken away the now-permanent Andrade's certainty that Flamengo can't get carried away by euphoria. Tomorrow's match against Náutico, bottom of the Brazilian Championship, is considered high-risk for the red-and-black coach. With the experience of having seen praise turn to criticism in the blink of an eye, Andrade has already warned the players about the difficulties the team will face tomorrow.

"The game against Náutico will be the toughest since I took over the team. We can't be surprised, and I've already communicated this to the players so no one is caught off guard. Now that I'm officially appointed as coach, nothing will change. I'll continue to be the same person, but the pressure for results will also be the same. The games won't always be easy, but I see a lot of good things ahead for Flamengo," commented the coach.

Shortly after being confirmed by the board as Flamengo's coach for the Brazilian Championship, Andrade was congratulated by all the players, received full support and the assurance that he will not lack commitment during the competition.

For tomorrow's game, Andrade will be without Airton, who is suspended, and Emerson, who is ruled out due to pain in his left thigh.
