Needing to win at any cost, Flamengo will take to the field with greater attacking power this Wednesday (21.04) against Caracas. Coach Andrade decided to change the team's tactical scheme, which had been playing with three defensive midfielders, and will field Vinícius Pacheco and Michael in the starting lineup for the match that will decide the red-black team's classification for the next stage of the Copa Libertadores.
Ideally, Flamengo would win the match by at least two goals to secure qualification for the round of 16. With this in mind, the coach is betting on the lineup that started the second leg of the Taça Rio final against Botafogo.

Over five thousand people voted, and 67% said the best formation for Flamengo's midfield would be two defensive midfielders and two creative midfielders. Another 18% voted for a formation with two defensive midfielders, two wingers, and one creative midfielder, while 10% wanted the team to adapt to the opponent's formation. The more defensive style, with three defensive midfielders, received the fewest votes, with 5%.
