On the eve of facing América, the red-black squad returned to training this Friday morning (February 01st) at the Gávea field. The training session was divided into two parts by coach Joel Santana.

In the first game, the players played a lively game, with Obina and Juan as goalkeepers. The yellow team, led by Souza, Léo Moura, Ibson, and Obina, won the match and, in celebration, left the field chanting the traditional "Vice de novo" (Vice again) to the other team.

Immediately after the break, the players were divided into two groups. While one group did physical exercises with trainer Ronaldo Torres, the other players practiced free kicks under the watchful eye of assistant coach Andrade.
