The opening weekend of the Brazilian Championship sees a decisive clash ahead for the Conmebol Libertadores Bridgestone for Flamengo. On Monday morning (15), the red-black athletes resumed activities at Ninho do Urubu, beginning preparations for the clash against San Lorenzo-ARG.
After completing pre-practice exercises at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the group went to the pitch at Field 5 for warm-ups and then ball practice. Initially, Zé Ricardo coordinated the work focused on offensive movement.

Next, the group split into two activities. Using half of the field, part of the squad participated in attack versus defense training, with three-on-three battles.

Meanwhile, the athletes who started playing in the match against Atlético-MG, last Saturday (13), worked on passing. Simultaneously, debuting on the CT sand court, Conca continued with specific physical improvement training, consisting of muscle explosion exercises.

Still on Monday night (15), the red-black delegation will travel to Buenos Aires, where, at the Nuevo Gasómetro stadium, they will face San Lorenzo-ARG. On Tuesday (16), Zé Ricardo's team will train at the venue for this Wednesday's match (17), which will start at 21:45 pm.
