Last year, Flamengo fans shared the Serra Dourada stadium with Goiás fans. This year, the Flamengo players hope the fans will turn out in large numbers once again to support the team on its way to an important victory that could be decisive for the team's championship hopes.

"It's crucial to have all kinds of support right now. We have the biggest fan base in Brazil, and we need them in every situation. Knowing that the fans are behind us gives us even more confidence to play a great game and dedicate the victory to them," said defender Jean.

Midfielder Kleberson knows that the fans are crucial and promises to put in a lot of effort on the field to live up to the power of the stands.

So we have to do everything to honor this shirt and live up to that support," said the "Penta", whose speech was endorsed by Petkovic.
