On the afternoon of this Thursday (26), the red-black squad returned to the George Helal Training Center after the draw with Chapecoense, in the 3rd round of the 2016 Brasileirão.

The players who started yesterday's match completed recovery training at CEP FLA. Afterward, some ran around the pitch on fields 1 and 2. The rest continued cycling in the gym.

The other group worked with the ball on Field 2. The activity took place on a reduced-size field, and only two touches of the ball were allowed. The goal of the training was to score goals, with fast starts and effective transitions between defense and attack.

Tomorrow, the players will return to the training center in the morning and resume preparations for the match against Ponte Preta, on Sunday (29), for the 4th round of the Brazilian championship, in Campinas. The game will mark the debut of coach Zé Ricardo, who took over the team's command on an interim basis after Muricy Ramalho left.
