After the draw against Vasco, Flamengo returned on Monday afternoon (5), at Ninho do Urubu, and began preparations for the classic against Botafogo, which will be played next Wednesday (7), at 21:30 pm, at Maracanã. The clash is valid for the seventh round of the Campeonato Carioca.

The players who started the "Clássico dos Milhões" did regenerative training in the gym, while the others took to the field and performed a tactical exercise under the guidance of Tite and his coaching staff. Left-back Matias Viña trained normally and is following the steps to make his debut with the Manto Sagrado.

With the entire squad available, the red-black coach will lead another activity this Tuesday (6) to define the starting team that will take the field against Alvinegro. With one game less, Flamengo is in sixth place with nine points in the Carioca classification table.
