After a break, Flamengo returns with an eye on the classic against Fluminense
The red-black team will have a week to prepare for the match in the 30rd round of the Brasileirão

During the break for the FIFA Date, the red-black squad had three days off and returned this Wednesday (9), at Ninho do Urubu, to begin preparations for the classic against Fluminense, valid for the 30th round of the Brasileirão. The Mais Querido has 51 points and is in fourth place in the championship.
Coach Filipe Luís will have a full week to prepare the team. During this period, the red-and-black commander will be without players Gerson, Arrascaeta, Varela, De La Cruz, Erick Pulgar, and Plata, who are representing their respective national teams in the World Cup qualifiers.
After Fla-Flu, Mengão will face Corinthians on Sunday (20) for the second leg of the Copa do Brasil semifinals. The duel will be played at 16 pm at Neo Química Arena. Rubro-Negro won the first leg 1-0 and will have the advantage of a draw to advance to the final of the competition.
