Carnival in Flamengo's football is synonymous with work. After the victory against Macaé last Wednesday (03), the group led by coach Muricy Ramalho worked hard. Upon returning to Rio de Janeiro on Thursday, there was regenerative work. Activities continued on Friday and Saturday and only yesterday did the players get a day off. After the brief break, starters and reserves returned to work this Monday at Gávea and were heavily tested by the entire coaching staff.

The activity began with work in the gym. After warming up, useful for activating the muscles, the players went to the pitch for technical drills led by Muricy. The big news of the day was the inclusion of Argentinian Mancuello in the starting lineup. However, the team that will face Portuguesa on Wednesday in Volta Redonda is not yet confirmed.

Another positive development was the return of Kayke and Ederson from injuries. The former ran around the field, while the latter participated in ball work, even attempting shots in finishing drills.
