Striker Bruno Henrique held a press conference this Friday (12) to talk about his contract renewal for another three years with Flamengo. The number 27, who arrived at the club in 2019, won eleven titles for Mengão, namely: Campeonato Carioca (2019, 2020 and 2021), Libertadores (2019 and 2022), Brasileirão (2019 and 2020), Copa do Brasil (2022), Recopa Sul-Americana (2020) and Supercopa do Brasil (2020 and 2021). Decision to renew
"I received offers from other clubs. I did my best here to always be able to help Flamengo, but the most important thing was the decision made together with my family. Everyone is very settled here in Rio; my children, who are Flamengo fans, are always at Maracanã and everywhere Flamengo is present. So, this decision was very easy, and I was absolutely certain that, at the right time, the renewal came through as we expected."

Your recovery
"It was difficult because the injury I suffered was the worst in football, and I always had the support of my family, my wife, and my children. I also had the very competent department, Tanure and his entire staff. They were always available and reassured me, telling me everything that had been done and that I would return to playing football again, that I could be the Bruno Henrique I always was."
