After winning the classic against Fluminense last Sunday (25), Flamengo returned on Monday afternoon (27), at Ninho do Urubu, and began preparing for the duel against Madureira, which takes place next Saturday (2), at 16 pm, at Maracanã. The confrontation is worth the title of the Guanabara Cup.
Coach Tite led the first tactical activity to kick off the team's training session against Tricolor Suburbano. Gerson will undergo a pyeloplasty procedure to correct a congenital stenosis of the ureter of his left kidney. The surgery will take place next Friday (1).
The red-black squad returns to training this Wednesday (28) to continue their preparation.
