After beating Volta Redonda 2-0, and consequently securing first place in group A of the Campeonato Carioca, the Flamengo squad represented themselves this Friday afternoon (08/02) in Gávea.

The players who started yesterday's match only did muscle relaxation exercises at the Club's gym.

The rest of the squad worked on movement on the field. The players were divided into two teams and participated in a training session on a reduced-size field.

The players will return tomorrow to Gávea for another training session to prepare for Sunday's Fla-Flu match. After training, the squad will head to the Windsor Hotel.
