One of the highlights of the red-black team, midfielder Arrascaeta gave a press conference on Tuesday morning (18), at the hotel where the red-black delegation is staying in Ecuador. The player previewed the match and said that the team is ready to seek another title.

"We already know the characteristics of the game we'll face here. We'll be physically prepared. It will be a very intense, dynamic game. When we step onto the field, we're very respectful of our opponents. We have our own characteristics, and we'll maintain them. We'll become stronger and better each time. Our humility is also a characteristic, and we'll continue along that path," he states.

The absence of top scorer Gabigol was also a hot topic during the press conference. The midfielder stated that Coach Jorge Jesus will prepare the team for the match in the best possible way.

"We've strengthened with the arrival of Jorge Jesus. As we achieve our goals, our confidence only grows. We have new players who strengthen the group, and we'll play intelligently. Gabriel is an important player, our top scorer, one of the standouts in our squad. We hope whoever joins can replace him well," he emphasizes.
