In tactical training held this Friday morning (30) at Ninho do Urubu, Flamengo entered the final stretch of preparation to face the São Paulo team this Sunday (02). The activity focused on creating plays and offensive movement, ending in finishes after plays generated both on the sides and in the center of the pitch.

Initially, physical trainers Daniel Gonçalves and Roberto Oliveira guided the athletes in pre-training work, which involved stretching exercises and injury prevention. Next, it was time for the warm-up with the ball, which consisted of passing drills between eight athletes within a marked perimeter on the field, while two players attempted interceptions in the central area of ​​the field.

Next, Zé Ricardo gathered the players at the edge of the pitch to give them instructions before the start of training. With the ball rolling, the Flamengo coach guided the squad through offensive plays, exploiting the flanks and the runs of the forwards and midfielders. Together with the group, the coach also analyzed the playing style of Rogério Ceni's team, defining the game plan for the match.

Physical exercises complemented the day's work at Ninho do Urubu. This Saturday (01), Mais Querido will conclude its preparation for the next challenge in the Brazilian Championship. On Sunday (02), Flamengo will host São Paulo at Ilha do Urubu, with the ball rolling from 16 pm.
