During the activity, the group was divided into three teams, and Zé Ricardo led technical work focused on maintaining possession under pressure. The players were given extensive guidance regarding positioning and movement on the field, creating opportunities for their teammates. The coach also demanded precision and intensity, adding dynamism to the training. Later, the goalkeepers were included in the training, promoting an attack-defense battle between two teams at a time, using only half the field.
Flamengo will resume training next Monday (05), aiming at the match against Atlético-PR, which will mark the last round of the Brazilian Championship. The match will be played at Arena da Baixada, with the ball rolling from 17 pm.
