A day of news at Ninho do Urubu. In a training session held on the morning of this Friday (24), Field 5 of the professional module of the CT was inaugurated. After pre-training activities at the Flamengo Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the athletes went to the pitch, where the warm-up took place.

After the initial exercises, it was time for tactical training, led by Zé Ricardo and his assistant Cleber dos Santos. The work consisted of building plays using both the center and sidelines of the field, emphasizing the team's offensive movement. Afterwards, part of the group participated in activities in the water park at the training center's professional module.

Gabriel, number 17 of the Flamengo team, continued with muscle-strengthening exercises alongside his training on the field. In Rômulo's case, a strain was detected in his right calf. With this in mind, the athlete was assigned to specific activities at the CEP FLA.

Flamengo concludes preparations for the classic against Vasco this Saturday (25). After the activities, the squad will travel to Brasília. The match, valid for the Rio Cup, will be played at the Mané Garrincha stadium, with the ball rolling from 18:30 pm.
