Defender Fabrício Bruno, who scored the winning goal against Cruzeiro to keep Flamengo at the top of the Brasileirão, participated in the program "Resenha do Jogo" on FlaTV this Monday (1) and spoke about his excellent performance in the last match, about his crucial header for the Rubro-Negro victory. The number 15 also projected about the next match and much more. Check out some excerpts from the interview:
Duo with David Luiz
"Playing with David is always a pleasure, because his career speaks for itself. He's someone who helps me on a daily basis, extremely experienced, and knows the ins and outs of the field. So, being paired with him is an honor, because I'm a fan and have been following him for many years. I'm very happy for this match and this victory."
About the goal
"It was a play designed for David Luiz, and I tried to get Veron out of the way of the ball. When I did that, I saw the ball clearly in front of me, so I headed it and was lucky. It was a magical moment, and it worked."
About Flamengo
"Flamengo is the club I've most identified with in my career. It's where I've played the most and scored the most goals (6). I'm very grateful for everything; it's the greatest privilege to be able to wake up to sunshine and rain, and have the pleasure of coming here every day to give my all for this team. I've always dedicated myself body and soul wherever I've been, and here it couldn't be any different, especially given the magnitude and size of Flamengo."
