Important Notice - Ticket Exchange for Flamengo vs Corinthians

By Flamengo Communication - inAccording to guidance from Rio de Janeiro security agencies, Flamengo fans will NOT be able to use their ticket cards to access the Maracanã stadium for qualifying matches. All purchased tickets must be collected in advance.
To provide the best service and facilitate exchanges, Flamengo will have official stores open according to the schedule below - including stores at Rodoviária Novo Rio and Santos Dumont Airport to serve fans coming to Rio.

Withdrawal by the holder
- Original document with photo
- Printed and signed purchase voucher
- Credit card used.
Withdrawal by third parties
- Original document with photo
- Printed and signed purchase voucher
- Credit card used
- Copy of an official document with photo (RG, CNH, Work Card) of the holder (of the plan and/or credit card)
- A handwritten authorization from the ticket holder, authorizing the withdrawal of the ticket
