Flamengo's president, Luiz Eduardo Baptista (Bap), sent a message to the president of the South American Football Confederation, Alejandro Domínguez, on the occasion of his 10 years in charge of the organization.

Invited to the commemorative event taking place today, Bap will be unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts, but he recorded a video in which he congratulates Domínguez for everything he has built in leading CONMEBOL over the last decade, highlighting his revolutionary role in strengthening and developing South American football.
