Bottinelli promises "loose play, dynamics, explosion and finishing"
In addition to the traditional Argentine breed, Fla's reinforcement believes he can be useful in the team's creativity

A true Argentine number 10. That's what Flamengo fans can expect from Darío Botinelli, according to him. Shortly after his first training session with the Flamengo club, on Thursday morning (January 06.01), the player gave a press conference and described his playing style to reporters. According to him, fans can expect a very dynamic style of play from him.
With international experience, having played in Chile and Mexico, as well as his native Argentina, Darío believes he can combine everything he's learned over the past few years to perform well at Flamengo. He admits he arrived a bit tired, but promises to put in a lot of effort to improve for Flamengo.
"My characteristics are my free play, my dynamism, my explosiveness, my shooting from outside the box, and my commitment. In Mexico (while playing for Atlas), I really needed my physicality. I hope to achieve what the coach and my teammates want. I was involved with the change, and I arrived a little tired. But I'm in good shape to be part of the team," said the player, who believes in titles in his debut season.
"Expectations are high. It's a dream to join such an important club, and I hope to be at Flamengo's level. The group welcomed me very well. I hope to reach the level everyone wants, win titles with Flamengo, and be an important player for the team," he noted.
Aware that there is a lot of spotlight on Argentines in Brazil, Bottinelli knows that adaptation is not a big problem and reveals that he has high expectations of playing for a club the size of Flamengo.
"The arrival of Conca (Fluminense) opened the market for other Argentines: Montillo (Cruzeiro), D'Alessandro (Inter), and now me. Argentines adapt well to Brazil, which is closer to European football than Argentina. It's another stage in my life, and I have great expectations of playing for a major club. On a football level, that's what every player wants," he added.
