Bruno demands concentration from the squad
For the goalkeeper, the red-black team cannot soften in the Brazilian Championship.
By Flamengo Archive - inOne of the idols of the Flamengo fans, goalkeeper Bruno asked for the red-black squad's full attention for the next Brazilian Championship game, Saturday, against Náutico.
"Flamengo hasn't won anything yet. We were state champions and we're on the right track now. There can't be any vanity among us. If we think we're facing weak opponents, we'll fall off the wagon. Just because we win two away matches doesn't mean we'll soften. Every opponent will want to beat us, and we're aware of that. We need to be very careful on Saturday, respect our opponents, and play our game to win."
Regarding Fluminense's defeat in the Copa Libertadores final, Bruno simply congratulated the Laranjeiras team on finishing second.
"We have to respect their (Fluminense) pain and mind our own business. I see football differently. They deserve congratulations on their campaign. We went through this last year, and again this year, and we know how much it hurts."
