Striker Bruno Henrique was honored this Wednesday (19) for his 15th goal with the Sacred Mantle, scored in the classic against Vasco, his biggest victim. He spoke a little about his idolatry at the Mais Querido, which has already accumulated 27 titles in six years with the club. The number XNUMX received a painting and a commemorative medal from the hands of football director José Boto. Check out some excerpts from the press conference, held at Ninho do Urubu.

His trajectory
"When I arrived at the club, still a bit wary, I knew who I was and what I could bring to this club. Since then, my daily routine hasn't changed at all. I'm a hard worker, dedicated, focused, and I always want to help Flamengo—that's my goal. Every time I step onto the field, I'm there to give my best for Flamengo, my family, friends, and the people who support me."

Conversation with Filipe Luís
"When Filipe took over the professional team, he came to talk to me. He'd been putting it in my head that I could play more up front than on the wing, and he explained why. My best year was in 2019, playing as a striker, as a number 9, and he still sees that, closer to goal, with shots, headers, deep attacks, and speed. Being closer to goal, I have the structure to help the team and the way he wants them to play. That's what he's been talking to me about."

Score one hundred goals with the Mantle
"I don't know if I can score another hundred goals. I'll continue to do my best here at the club, with a lot of hard work and dedication. I want to further cement my name in history, and I'll do my best to add to my collection of titles and individual achievements."
