Today was the day of another official presentation. Bruno Henrique arrived permanently, trained and spoke as a Flamengo player for the first time. The fourth Flamengo reinforcement for the season was announced on Wednesday (23) and this Thursday he was already at the George Helal Training Center to meet and work with his new teammates.

Bruno is already physically fit to play, according to him, but he still needs to be cleared and registered for the State Championship to play against Botafogo on Saturday at 17 pm at Engenhão Stadium in the third round. He wants to play, but that also depends mainly on Abel Braga's decision.

Arrive at Flamengo

I'm very happy. It took a while, but now what matters is that I'm part of Mengão. I'm here to help the players win titles. I'm very happy to be part of the group.

Fight for position

The decision about who will play, me or Vitinho, will be a headache for Abel.  I came to contribute and, regardless of who plays, I hope it will be a healthy competition and that in the end the best comes out for Flamengo.

What to expect from Bruno Henrique

You can expect Bruno Henrique to always step onto the field to give his best. In 2018, I got injured, and I think if I hadn't, the streak would have been better. When a player gets injured, the streak is difficult. He loses a lot of time. I hope the fans see the Bruno Henrique of 2017, who dribbles and goes forward with the support of the crowd.

I want to play now

I'm fine. I've been training, I did the trials at Santos, and I only missed one day. I've already trained with my teammates and I'm ready to play. I hope so on Saturday, but it depends on my regularization and Abel Braga, of course.

Shirt number

I'll wear number 27. I started in 2017, when I arrived at Santos. It was a tribute to my wife. We got married on that date, the 27th, and the number 27 jersey was available here. So, I'll honor my wife again.
