Bruno Henrique is voted the second best player at the Club World Cup
King of the Classics was only surpassed by Egyptian star Salah, from Liverpool
By Communication - Flamengo - inStriker Bruno Henrique had another outstanding performance in the Club World Cup final against Liverpool, earning FIFA's second-best player of the tournament. He finished second only to the Reds' Egyptian player Salah, who was named the best player.
"I want to congratulate the group, Flamengo, and the fans. Many thought Liverpool would win easily. Football is 11 against 11, and we showed that on the field," said Bruno.
It is worth remembering that BH scored one goal and participated in the other two in Mengão's 3-1 victory over Al-Hilal, from Saudi Arabia, in the semifinal.
