After this afternoon's technical training in Gávea, captain Bruno praised the red-black team's performance in yesterday's match against Inter and said that the Fla group is prepared for the next challenge, against Santo André, for the Brazilian Championship.

"We can't get discouraged. We played a great game, ran a lot, and did everything we could. Now it's time to think about the Brazilian Championship, which is very important. We're upset about the elimination; we played well in both matches, but now we have to stay calm, because nothing's wrong. We have to work hard because the Brazilian Championship is right around the corner."

Bruno is confident of winning his sixth Brazilian championship.

"The Brazilian Championship is a very important competition. It's a huge challenge. Here's our chance again. We had good campaigns in previous years, but we didn't win the title. I really believe in these kids here. They're running hard, showing a lot of desire, and we have everything we need to overcome any opponent. The fans can believe in us too, because we're going to fight hard."
