After finishing practice this morning in Gávea, coach Caio Júnior stated that he expects a very tough match against Palmeiras tomorrow at Palestra Itália. According to the Flamengo coach, Vanderlei Luxemburgo's team has a very dangerous attack.

"Vanderlei only announces the team just before the match starts, and we have to be prepared for anything. He has players who can make a difference up front, like Valdivia, Kleber, and Alex Mineiro. We have to be fully alert."

Flamengo's coach has not yet defined the starting lineup for Wednesday's match.

"I have some doubts about the team selection. I spoke privately with 13 players today, and the starting lineup will come from that group."

With Kleberson's injury, Caio Júnior lost another midfield option. The coach admitted that things aren't going well.
