After training this afternoon in Gávea, manager Caio Júnior confirmed that he will only announce Flamengo's lineup just before the match against São Paulo on Sunday at Morumbi Stadium. With almost all of the players available, Caio Júnior remained secretive and stated that he has some questions about the lineup.

"It's great to have almost all the players available. I haven't yet decided on Sunday's team and will only announce it moments before the match, so as not to give the opponent any weapons. São Paulo won't announce its lineup either. We'll have two tactical training sessions, tomorrow and Friday, and we'll choose the best team. I have some doubts. There's a possibility of Sambueza coming in, with Everton being moved up. Another option is Airton, who's been playing very well. Besides them, there are Josiel, Fierro, and Vandinho. I don't want to change the team's structure. The goal is to maintain the same tactical design," the coach stated.

Caio Júnior spoke a little about the qualities of Muricy Ramalho's team.

"São Paulo plays the same way they've played in the last two years. The change was basically the players in the squad. They've had a bit of a dip this year, which is normal. It's not easy to maintain such a high level for three years. If we want to win, we have to control the defenders' passing, which is one of the team's strengths. Besides, players like Hernanes and Borges make a difference."

For Sunday's game, the promise is that more than 10 Flamengo fans will come to São Paulo to cheer on Flamengo at Morumbi Stadium. This doesn't surprise coach Caio Júnior.

"I have no doubt the fans will show up. It's no surprise. They've attended every Flamengo game in the Brazilian Championship. I remember the match against Portuguesa. Almost the entire Canindé fan base was red and black. It's a great incentive for all the players."
