After Sunday's day off, Flamengo's squad returned to training Monday morning in Gávea. Before heading to Bahia, where the red-and-black team faces Vitória on Wednesday at Barradão Stadium, coach Caio Júnior organized tactical training to prepare for the decisive match, which is part of the 32nd round of the Brazilian Championship.

During the training session, held on a reduced field, Caio Júnior confirmed the returns of Fábio Luciano and Juan. Kleberson, suffering from another cold, did not participate in the training session but will travel with the group to Bahia. With Marcelinho Paraíba excused from training to resolve personal issues, Fierro was given a chance alongside Obina. The starting lineup trained with: Bruno; Léo Moura, Fábio Luciano, Ronaldo Angelim, and Juan; Jailton, Airton, Toró, and Ibson; Fierro and Obina.

Caio Júnior praised the activity and guaranteed that the formation could be an option for the rest of the match.

"I assembled the team as best I could. Even though it's not the team that will start the match, it was a good test, as I can use this formation throughout the match. Besides, I'm not going to reveal the lineup. Fierro also deserves a chance. He's adapted and brings good play to the team. We'll see."

Eltinho and Everton left the medical department today and began training with the physical trainers. Luizinho, with groin pain, is ruled out of Wednesday's match. Goalkeeper Diego is also ruled out, as he has a viral infection and will not travel with the group to Salvador.
