After training in the morning, Flamengo's players returned to training in Gávea on Thursday afternoon and are back at it. The Flamengo team is making final preparations for Sunday's match against Grêmio.

Caio Júnior organized a tactical training session on a reduced-size field, which served to practice defensive positioning and quick counterattacks.

The coach began the session with Diego Tardelli in the starting lineup, replacing Souza. After 30 minutes, he tested the team in a 3-5-2 formation, taking off Toró and bringing on Leonardo. The team started with: Bruno, Léo Moura, Fábio Luciano, Ronaldo Angelim, and Juan; Jailton, Ibson, Kleberson, and Toró (Leonardo); Marcinho and Diego Tardelli.

Maxi was the big news in training for the reserve team. The Argentine returned to the field after nearly two weeks recovering from back pain.
