After training this afternoon in Gávea, coach Caio Júnior highlighted the importance of Flamengo's next three games at Maracanã, against Portuguesa, Botafogo, and Palmeiras. For the manager, three wins would put Flamengo very close to the sixth title.

"We have an obligation to win these next three games at Maracanã. If we win, our chances of winning the title increase significantly. We need to work hard, stay focused, and respect our opponents. We're still in the running, and the fans have to believe in us. Our focus now is to recover from the trip and beat Portuguesa. Then we'll crush our opponents."

Caio Júnior guarantees that Flamengo is already accustomed to facing teams that are fighting relegation.

"It's the kind of game Flamengo is already used to. We've faced teams that are way down in the table, and everyone thought it would be easy, but it ended up being difficult, like against Ipatinga and Sport. Flamengo has been through this before, and it could be good. An early goal could make our job easier."

Caio Júnior says that Portuguesa is a team that is on the rise in this final stretch of the championship.

"Portuguesa was in the bottom three, but managed to recover and has been improving in this final stretch. They've already managed to move a little away from the relegation zone. Estevão Soares' team's strength is its teamwork."
