Leader and captain of the current Flamengo squad, number 3 Fábio Luciano stated that the red-black team goes to Minas Gerais confident of achieving a good result on Sunday, against Cruzeiro, at Mineirão.

"We're optimistic about the quality of the team and the current situation. With three rounds remaining, we're still fighting for the title. The atmosphere is calm, and we're positive about getting a good result at Mineirão. Many clubs would love to be in this situation. But only five are still fighting, some for the title and others for the Libertadores.

Fábio Luciano knows that Flamengo will face a very strong opponent when they play at Mineirão.

"The Mineirão will be packed, the pitch is good, and they have an advantage due to the crowd. But the most difficult part is their quality. We've worked on marking, quick exits, and we hope everything goes as well as in the last match. We hope to do our job well and fight for the title until the final round.
