After this afternoon's training session in Gávea, captain Fábio Luciano emphasized the importance of Flamengo securing a victory in tomorrow's match against Boavista at Maracanã. According to the player, a positive result will secure Flamengo's first place in Group B of the Guanabara Cup.

"Maybe if we had already secured first place, Cuca would rest everyone. But it will be a very important game, so Angelim, Zé Roberto, and Bruno, along with me, are going to the match. We will still have great players on the field, like Kleberson, Jônatas, and Josiel. Flamengo will be going strong in search of a win. Since Botafogo won their last game, we have an obligation to beat Boavista and secure first place in the group."

Gávea's number 3 praised Everton Silva and Douglas, who will make their debuts tomorrow wearing the Flamengo shirt.
