He is the captain of Flamengo and was one of those responsible for the victorious campaign of the sixth championship, in 2009. Accustomed to saving penalties and facing violent shots from the attackers, Bruno showed last Wednesday (01.04), that he is, indeed, an attentive and careful idol, especially with children.

During a visit to the National Cancer Institute (INCA), Flamengo's goalkeeper brought a little joy to the children's ward. The player arrived late in the morning, and immediately, a buzz formed throughout the hospital. With every step he took, Bruno was followed by smiles and attentive eyes. Also happy, he wanted to show his gratitude for all the affection.

"It's really cool to be able to bring joy to these children. When we see their problems, we think about how good our lives are. We always complain that we have a lot of problems, but in reality, we are blessed. It's really rewarding to be here, to receive their affection and to be able to bring a little bit of happiness," said the Flamengo goalkeeper, who brought around 100 Easter eggs and 50 toys for the children, as some of them cannot eat chocolate.

Always attentive to noble causes like this, Bruno held, after winning his sixth championship, a charity tournament in Ribeirão das Neves, in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte.
