Captain: “I wouldn’t trade Fla for any club in Brazil”
Fábio Luciano postpones his retirement and stays in Gávea for another year.

According to the number 3, the idea of retirement was postponed due to the affection he feels for Flamengo.
"I have a lot of affection for Flamengo. I talked to my family during the holidays and decided to stay. The great atmosphere I have here has been a big factor. I'm adapted to the city, I have a lot of friendship with the group, which remains the same, and on top of that, I've received a lot of affection from the fans. I was planning to live elsewhere, but I decided to stay. I'm very happy."
Fábio Luciano praised Cuca and said he hopes for a year full of achievements.
"Everyone is ready to welcome Cuca with open arms and hearts. He's worked for some big clubs and always had the players' full support. It won't be any different here. We're all fighting for titles together. There will be four major competitions, and we're going in to win them all."
