The number 22, who was vice-top scorer of Cariocão, answered questions from journalists present in the Victorino Chermont press room and spoke about the dream of wearing the Sacred Mantle. Dream of playing for Mengão
"I've always dreamed of playing for Flamengo, and God is making my dream come true. The expectation is always to win titles; that's the main objective. God willing, we'll achieve our goals. I'm eager to make my debut; there's no hiding it, because it's a dream come true to wear the Sacred Mantle. I'm here to help my teammates on the field and help Flamengo win."

About almost giving up on his career
"I didn't have the same maturity I have today. I was very young when everything happened so quickly in my life. I wasn't yet mature enough to get to where I am today. I believe I'm ready now; God prepared me to live this moment."

Pressure of playing for Flamengo
"It's going to be a new stage in my life. Nova Iguaçu is behind me, and I'm sincerely grateful, but today my focus is Flamengo. I know I'm part of a great team that always has its demands. It's about working hard and always being in top shape to meet the fans' expectations."
