After training this Thursday afternoon (August 27.08th), defender César Martins spoke to the press. The player was a starter in the draw against Vasco in the Copa do Brasil and believes that confidence is the key to putting the elimination behind them.

"We have confidence in our squad, which is qualified. If we weren't capable, we wouldn't be here. We're going to focus everything on the Brazilian Championship to climb the table and finish among the top four," said the defender, who is aiming for the top of the Brasileirão table.
