Athlete celebrates goals scored in classics against Vasco and Botafogo

In Flamengo's last two games, against Vasco and Botafogo, Marcelo Cirino delivered. Having never scored in a derby, he found the net in both matches. The athlete regrets that the goals didn't lead to victory, but he celebrated the efforts, which he says were a result of training.
"I never stopped working. Plus, I had the help of my teammates, my wife, my family, my psychologist, and my coaching staff... I owe this moment to them. I really wanted us to get the three points in these two games. I was happy with the goals, but I would have traded them for any other goal that would have given us the win.
Cirino also spoke about the intense finishing training on Tuesday morning (5). "This is the time to make mistakes, correct mistakes to get into the game and have a greater number of hits. The teacher intensified this part because maybe we are failing in this in the games. We need to get it right," he said.
Rubro-Negro returns to the field this Saturday, in Volta Redonda, against Boavista, for the sixth round of the Guanabara Cup, the second round of the Campeonato Carioca.
