Focused on the continuation of the Brazilian Championship, Flamengo resumes training at CT George Helal

This Thursday (29), the red-black squad met at CT George Helal, in Vargem Grande, to resume preparation for the continuation of the campaign in the Brazilian Championship. Athletes who played in the match against Palestino (CHI), which saw Mais Querido say goodbye to the Copa Sul-Americana, carried out regenerative training at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), while the rest of the group went to the field to work with the ball.
The players began with a technical exercise, focusing on passing accuracy and maintaining possession under pressure. Next, Zé Ricardo led tactical work on a reduced-size pitch to put what they'd trained into practice. With extensive instruction from the coach, the players completed a game simulation exercise, with high marking on offense and compact defensive lines.

The training marked the beginning of preparation for the next red-black commitment in the Brazilian Championship, which will take place this Saturday (01). Flamengo will face the São Paulo team, at Morumbi, with the ball rolling from 16 pm.
