The next commitment for Muricy Ramalho's team will be the classic against Vasco, next Sunday (14), in São Januário. The sale of tickets for the red-black fans - the opponent's sole responsibility - is carried out over the internet and at the Cruzmaltino Nautical Headquarters, in Lagoa. Tickets purchased online can be collected at Flamengo's headquarters, in Gávea, starting this Thursday (11).

Wide domain in the first stage
In the 11th minute, Flamengo, already pressing hard, was awarded a penalty after a cross from Cirino was blocked by Diego Maia's arm. Emerson displaced the goalkeeper but shot too low, sending the ball over Márcio's crossbar. Flamengo remained undeterred and remained largely superior, threatening Portuguesa with Guerrero, Cirino, and Emerson himself, forcing the Ilha goalkeeper to work.

Flamengo opened the scoring in the 32nd minute, thrilling the crowd in Volta Redonda. A free kick from the left was delivered by debutant Mancuello, who lifted the ball precisely to the far post for Guerrero to head home with a diving header. It was the Peruvian's fourth goal in six games this year. With Flamengo dominating Portuguesa, the second goal soon followed. Three minutes later, midfielder Willian Arão, who likes to appear as a surprise attacking force, headed the ball over goalkeeper Márcio to make it 2-0.

Arão 'top scorer', Emerson and Rodinei seal the victory
Willian Arão showed he truly feels at home in attack. In the 14th minute of the second half, he fired a shot like a center forward from the edge of the box; the ball hit the goalkeeper, rose, and headed toward the net. Before it reached its destination, defender Pessanha tried to prevent the inevitable: the ball had already crossed the line, and Arão scored his second of the game—Flamengo's third. In the final 20 minutes, Portuguesa also lost two players to red cards: one for a hard foul on Gabriel and the other for a penalty conceded by the goalkeeper—who already had a yellow card—on Emerson, who, this time, converted and sealed the rout: 4-0. The final score was only decided in stoppage time, when Rodinei tried his luck with a cross from outside the box to make it 5-0. For Flamengo fans, all that was left was celebration and shouts of 'olé'.
